Job summary

Goodyear, Gaziantep-based field sales role with travel across Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, and Şanlıurfa. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 3–7 years in sales and strong CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Turkish and English fluency, plus a valid driver’s license, are expected. The role focuses on building dealer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering training and insights to dealers while working toward shared sales and market-share targets.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development.

• Monitor dealer performance and provide constructive feedback and training for sales teams.
• Stay informed on market dynamics, trends, and local marketing activities, and share insights with the team.
