Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Gaziantep is seeking a Sales Representative, Consumer Replacement (Türkiye CA & SE) to drive dealer growth across Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Şanlıurfa.

You will build dealer partnerships, recruit new dealers, train sales teams, monitor market trends, and help achieve market-share goals while representing a global tire leader. Travel is required, and fluency in Turkish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or engineering.
• 3–7 years of sales experience within a related industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence using MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• B-type driver’s license.
• Ideally residing in Gaziantep.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development.
• Identify and welcome new dealers across all brands, customer groups, and segments; phase out inactive partnerships.
• Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure effective management.
• Provide training for dealers’ sales teams and offer constructive feedback.
• Monitor market dynamics, trends, and competition; share insights with the team.
• Communicate marketing activities effectively so dealers are well informed and supported.
• Contribute to achieving financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach.

• Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective management
• Encourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teams
• Stay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the team
• Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation process
• Contribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.
