Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Gaziantep is seeking a Sales Representative for Consumer Replacement covering Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Şanlıurfa. This field-based role requires building strong dealer relationships, driving sales growth, and representing Goodyear's consumer tires with integrity and professional credibility.

You will collaborate with the regional team, travel across the assigned markets, and train dealer staff while using Turkish and English to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.
• Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• B-type driver's license is required.
• Ideally residing in Gaziantep.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development.
• Thoughtfully identify and welcome new dealers—across all brands, consumer groups, and commercial segments—while phasing out partnerships that are no longer active.
• Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective management.
• Encourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teams.
• Stay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the team.
• Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation process.
• Contribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach.
