Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with SAP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including request collection, quotation, evaluation, ordering, delivery follow-up, and invoice control.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and alternatives.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and contribute to overall procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchasing needs.
• Monitor and maintain procurement records and documentation through SAP systems.
