Job summary

Mowi Central Europe is hiring an Operations Coordinator & Sales Support in Istanbul, Türkiye (Ataşehir). Hybrid work with remote days, full-time (part-time considered). You will support sales operations, invoicing, and financial processes, coordinating between local teams and Central Europe functions.

Requires a Finance/Accounting background with ~3 years in financial operations, knowledge of Türkiye tax rules, and fluency in English and Turkish. MS Excel and M3 ERP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting support, customer accounts, or sales support.
• Experience in a multinational company or shared services environment is a plus.
• Hands-on invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and basic month-end activities.
• Knowledge of statutory and tax requirements in Türkiye.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day financial and administrative activities between local operations and shared service teams.
• Follow up on supplier invoices, e-Archive invoices, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Manage sales orders, invoices, returns, and credit notes in the ERP system (M3) and related systems.
• Monitor customer credit limits, collateral, and guarantees with internal teams.
• Coordinate customer account reconciliations and resolve invoice, return, rebate, and deduction discrepancies.
• Support bank documentation, payment follow-up, and communications with local banks.
• Coordinate information required by tax advisers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on e-Ledger, e-Archive, and statutory certification processes with external advisers.
• Monitor notifications from authorities (Tax Office, SGK, KEP, KETSIS) and route appropriately.
• Support month-end and year-end closings with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, assets, IFRS 16 actions.
• Prepare regular operational reports and basic financial analyses.
