Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive in Istanbul. You will manage end-to-end pre-sales and after-sales administration, from order registration to invoicing, including import documentation and customs formalities.

You will coordinate with customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Turkish; able to communicate with internal teams.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD modules is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI and data analytics is desirable.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• To manage the sales administration process with the SSC.
• To support the deliveries and import formalities.
• To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms.
• Create internal sales report via reporting tools.
• Be able to interpret stock flow.
• Responsible for direct purchasing, act as a purchase executive when necessary.
• Be able to expertise in warehouse management and customs agency management.
• Be able to take necessary supportive tasks with local accounting partner firm.
