Responsibilities

• Handle inbound contracts execution for buyers in Türkiye.
• Apply key incoterms: FOB, CFR, CIF to Türkiye ports.
• Coordinate with Logistics team manager in Singapore.
• Issue sales contracts from the system and share with buyers.
• Share and track advance payment invoices to buyers.
• Create shipment instructions for origin logistics teams.
• Provide regular status updates on shipments to buyers and traders.
• Track shipment documents and coordinate with origins for documents.
• Identify contracts at risk of delay and chase origins to minimize delays.
• Share shipment documents with buyers as required.
• Coordinate with origin teams and Turkish offices for inbound shipments.
• Maintain a contract tracking file from start to finish.
