Job summary

ICDFusion, a cyber-physical security company, seeks a Head of Sales for Türkiye, the Middle East & Emerging Markets to drive growth and establish the market.

This hands-on leader will shape strategy and execute, build the market from the ground up, and eventually lead the regional sales organization. You will own pipeline, pursue enterprise deals, and collaborate with customers, partners, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B technology sales, preferably cybersecurity or related markets.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation and revenue achievement.
• Experience managing long-cycle enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute commercial growth and market development strategy across Türkiye, the Middle East, and emerging markets.
• Drive new business development from prospecting to closing.
• Own regional pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue performance.
• Close strategic enterprise opportunities across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Build pipeline through direct prospecting, accounts, partners, and channel relationships.
• Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs, OT leaders, and senior executives.
• Lead territory planning and go-to-market execution for the region.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from engagement to close.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams during discovery and POC.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
• Represent ICDFusion at strategic customer meetings and conferences.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership and influence go-to-market decisions.
• Help build and lead the regional sales organization as the business scales.
