Job summary

Tredin, a manufacturer of automotive interior trim and related acoustic systems, is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Engineer in Turkey. You will drive commercial management, develop key accounts regionally, and ensure profitability targets while fostering strong relationships at all levels of customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or commercial project management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to manage RFQ processes, monitor costs, and negotiate prices.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with project management, production, and sales leadership.
• High level of organization and accuracy in handling sales data and pricing docs.

Responsibilities

• Commercial activities: support RFQ and acquisition with Sales Manager.
• Account organization: coordinate topics across internal teams and lead meetings.
• Reporting & strategy: use sales tools in line with group procedures and standards.
• Customer satisfaction: act as the main liaison at the customer site and build long-term partnerships.
