Job summary

Tirsan Kardan in Turkey is seeking a results-driven Sales Support specialist to manage customer inquiries, analyze needs, and coordinate OEM projects with other departments.

You will enter data into the sales system, prepare offers, and track activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely reporting to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking and presentation skills.
• Being a team player with high sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examining customer inquiries and entering relevant data into the sales system.
• Analyzing customer needs and creating appropriate solutions.
• Communicating with the customer about sales processes and visits.
• Working on OEM projects in coordination with other departments.
• Tracking and processing offers; exceeding team sales goals.
• Managing existing customer portfolio and ensuring satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a university preferably Engineering or Business Administration
• Automotive OEM experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking and presentation skills
• Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,
• A customer-oriented way of working
• High level of negotiation skills & attention to detail,
• Finance and Accounting knowledge is an asset
• Fluency in English is required with any other European languages would be an asset
• Active user of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
• Active B class driver license
• No restriction to travel abroad and domestic
• Having flexibility and willingness for business travel
• No military obligation for male candidates
