We are looking for a "Sales Engineer" for our customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned region/market segment
• Identify potential customers, conduct field visits, and analyze requirements
• Prepare tailored technical solutions and quotations
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Manage quotation, pricing, and negotiation processes
• Track project sales cycles from opportunity to delivery
• Record all activities, quotations, and feedback in CRM tools, and generate reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments, and provide insights
• Coordinate with after-sales service, training, and technical support teams
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein electrical and electronics engineering or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial products / automation / process measurement
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to conduct customer presentations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
