Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv is seeking a results-driven professional to manage bonus systems and global customer services processes in Istanbul. You will analyze, simulate, and publish the Bonus System Guideline for authorized services, ensuring accurate quarterly bonus calculations and invoicing follow-up with reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Authorized Services Bonus System analyses, simulations, and approve/announce the guideline.
• Calculate quarterly bonus payments and monitor invoicing; report results to MD.
• Lead annual strategic planning of van spare parts turnover with HQ and submission of agreements.
• Execute Global Customer Services processes (Vehicle Park Management, CSI topics).
• Report monthly closing results of KPIs to Management; coordinate with controlling and accounting.
• Design/improve the reporting infrastructure of Customer Services reports with IT.

Job description

• Preparing the “Authorized Services Bonus System" by making the necessary analysis/simulations and carrying out the approval steps and announcing the "Bonus System Guideline" to the authorized services
• Calculating the quarterly bonus payment according to the "Bonus Guideline" and follow-up the invoicing process of the authorized services and reporting the bonus results to the Managing Director
• Annual Strategic Planning of Van Spare Parts Turnover with Headquarter and executing the agreement process within submission date
• Executing the Global Customer Services processes successfully (Vehicle Park Management, CSI topics, etc)
• Reporting the monthly closing results of the quantitative & qualitative KPIs to the Management
• Executing the monthly closing results with controlling and accounting department
• Analysing the Customer Services CSI data, coordinating the business line through Headquarter, authorized services and market research company
• Designing/improving the reporting infrastructure of the Customer Services Reports in collaboration with IT department

Qualifications

• University degree in technical, engineering or business administration/economics
• Experience in a similar position in automotive sector
• Very good command in English or/and German
• Tolerance to work under stress, self starter, self motivator with strong social and negotiation skills
• Very good analytical thinking, result-oriented and planning & reporting capabilities
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
