Job summary

Volt Lines is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and early-stage engagement in Istanbul. You will qualify prospects, coordinate with the Regional Commercial team, and help prepare offers while maintaining CRM data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• High energy, resilience and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads based on needs, fit, and potential.
• Manage initial communication until handover to the Regional Commercial team.
• Support the Regional Commercial team in offer preparation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Collaborate daily with the Regional Commercial team on pipeline needs and priorities.
• Build product and market knowledge to communicate value effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets such as qualified leads and outreach volume.
