SOTI Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead a remote-enabled sales team in Turkey.

You will drive revenue growth across renewals, inside sales, business development, and account management, while coaching and aligning partners and customers with SOTI’s offerings. The role requires proven leadership, strong selling and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience leading a software sales team and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with Salesforce to document and track sales activity.
• Highly motivated and target driven with strong communication skills.
• Proven selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, ensuring the team follows the strategic initiatives and targets set.
• Coach the team on sales techniques to engage with their customers and partners.
• Account manage leading accounts and work with partners daily.
• Grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales and market share.
• Present, promote and sell products using solid tactics to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.
• Travel within the sales territories and collaborate with other departments.
• Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy.
