Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Consumer Account Specialist to join our Consumer Business Team in Turkey. You will strengthen product and brand presence, drive customer excellence, and support growth by partnering with key retailers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in account management or sales operations, preferably in IT or consumer electronics. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales operations, preferably IT or consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Turkey.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and business partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits to ensure excellent in-store execution and strengthen relationships with retail partners.
• Drive product availability, visibility, brand standards, and display excellence across channel partners.
• Execute sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to support business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and executions and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Analyze sales performance, customer KPIs, and channel execution, providing actionable insights through reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent customer execution.
