Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Marketing Admin Specialist to support reporting activities, partner program management, and operational processes within our Türkiye marketing team. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams and partners.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in marketing operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and English fluency for international coordination, with a focus on data integrity and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Administration, Business Operations, Reporting, Audit, Finance, or similar functions.
• Experience in reporting-intensive environments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing program documentation and reporting processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Support vendor-funded marketing programs through documentation, fund claims, partner portal activities, and reporting.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze marketing reports, dashboards, and insights for decision making.
• Manage marketing administration processes, including documentation, approvals, and tracking.
• Maintain partner portals with required docs, POEs, and supporting materials.
