Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is hiring a Service Procurement Manager to lead procurement for the Service Department, including maintenance and annual scheduled services. You will own end-to-end processes and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, English fluency, SAP PO experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Travel on a regular basis is expected to support global and local projects in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SAP PO processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in purchasing, negotiation, and offer preparation.
• Background in after-sales sourcing activities.
• Experience in renewable energy is a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly, including nights away from home.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement processes for service maintenance and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards in Service Sourcing.
• Coordinate with central teams to manage local project sourcing scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for timely and efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs in Service Sourcing.
