Job summary

Exely, a global IT company serving hotels, is looking for an Account Manager to grow revenue from Turkish clients. Remote role with on-site visits to hotels in Turkey, monthly 15 meetings target, and collaboration with our global teams.

You will be the primary liaison for local clients, drive direct online sales, and participate in events while developing relationships and staying current with industry trends. Training provided and KPI-based commissions apply.

Qualifications

• Based in Turkey with ability to visit hotels on-site.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in Account Management/Sales/Revenue management/Customer Success in Hotels/OTAs/HotelTech/IT-companies/E-com/Airlines.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English; proactive with client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for local clients in Turkey, addressing queries or issues early on.
• Observe and evaluate client performance to identify growth opportunities and provide suggestions.
• Hold regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to monitor progress and discover new prospects (up to 15 on-site meetings per month).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and ensure a smooth experience.
• Promote direct online sales and focus on revenue strategy to achieve high results.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities (webinars, exhibitions, breakfasts) to expand partnerships.
