Job summary

Exely is expanding its team and seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue for hotel clients in Turkey. You’ll be the main local contact, assess performance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, on-site client meetings, and contributing to marketing activities while staying informed about product features and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills in Turkish and English are essential.
• CRM experience in hotels/OTAs/HotelTech/IT companies is advantageous.
• Analytical skills to assess client performance and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for local clients in Turkey, addressing any queries or issues early on.
• Observe and evaluate client performance to determine ways to enhance it and provide suggestions accordingly.
• Arrange frequent check-ins and quarterly business reviews to monitor client progress and discover new growth prospects (up to 15 on-site meetings per month).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and ensure a smooth experience.
• Drive direct online sales with the current customer base and focus on revenue strategy.
