Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead to drive multi-channel growth in a fully remote role based in Turkey. You will lead PPC and affiliate strategies, manage large budgets, and optimize metrics like CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV while mentoring a distributed team.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, focusing on analytics, tracking integrity, and partner negotiations to maximize profitability and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• At least one year hands-on PPC management.
• At least one year hands-on affiliate management.
• Experience leading a growth or traffic team.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers.
• Develop and own user acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels.
• Manage budgets and optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS.
• Oversee tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate platforms.
• Identify traffic quality issues and combat fraud.
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders.
