Teltonika seeks a Chief of Sales Group – Networking Solutions to build and lead the Turkish sales organization in Istanbul, driving growth and market expansion. You will mentor a field team, implement HQ strategies, and manage CRM data while pursuing key accounts and long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and other leaders, travel as needed, and guide the team toward high performance in a dynamic IoT networking solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience selling networking devices (routers/switches/gateways/modems).
• Leadership and mentoring of sales teams with results-driven focus.
• Native Turkish and business-level English; willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop Teltonika's sales operations in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals; drive performance.
• Execute HQ-defined strategies adapting to local market conditions.
• Monitor CRM and sell processes; ensure accurate data entry and forecasting.
• Identify market opportunities; contribute to market research and growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director and other leaders; manage key accounts.
