Devop.One is hiring a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter for Turkey. You will build and manage a pipeline of top-tier candidates, design customized hiring stages, and partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives.

This is a fully remote role that enables you to work from anywhere while delivering high-impact recruitment for a global client base. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interview skills, and proficiency with ATS and Boolean

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency preferred).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews and evaluate candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and objectives.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media; pre-screen and present profiles.
• Guide negotiations and support onboarding to close offers.

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision-making skills.

As a core team member, you will:

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities;
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
