Job summary

SU-YAPI Engineering & Consulting Inc. seeks a BIM Coordinator (Architect) to coordinate BIM workflows across disciplines and ensure model quality in line with project requirements.

The role also supports architectural design and documentation efforts when needed, requiring strong English communication and experience with Revit and Navisworks. You will engage in international projects and coordinate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination and architectural project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and CDEs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project BIM models per standards and requirements.
• Support BEP implementation, ISO 19650, and CDE workflows.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordinate design meetings.
• Prepare BIM deliverables and model quality reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage model federation, data exchange, and interoperability between software platforms.
• Provide BIM guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Support visualization and digital delivery initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural design and technical documentation when needed.
