Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable university (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural practice or related environments.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and construction detailing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review and coordination of architectural drawings, layouts and design documentation across all project stages (concept, schematic, detailed design and construction).
• Review consultant and contractor submittals for compliance with the project brief, design standards and applicable regulations, and log comments for senior review.
• Prepare area schedules, unit mix studies, efficiency calculations and comparative design options to support development decisions.
• Assist in the coordination between architecture, interior design, MEP, structural and landscape disciplines, tracking open items and design interfaces.
• Maintain the project drawing register, document control and design change records.
• Attend design meetings and site visits, prepare minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support permit and approval processes by preparing and compiling the required documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our Design & Development team. Working alongside senior architects and project leads, you will support the development of our mixed‑use, residential and hospitality projects from concept through to construction. This is an employer‑side role: you will be involved in shaping the design brief, reviewing and coordinating the work of external design consultants, and following the design through to delivery on site. It is an opportunity to build broad development experience early in your career within an international project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable university (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, developer or contractor environment; strong graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and construction detailing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in Türkiye.

Required Skills

• AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
• SketchUp and rendering tools (Lumion, V‑Ray, Enscape or equivalent).
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentation material.
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline and the ability to manage multiple deliverables to deadline.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to hospitality, mixed‑use or large‑scale residential developments.
• Familiarity with international design standards and working with foreign design consultants.
• Rhino/Grasshopper, Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
• Site experience and awareness of construction sequencing.
• Additional language skills (Arabic or Russian are an advantage).
