Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination and architectural project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and CDEs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project BIM models per standards and requirements.
• Support BEP implementation, ISO 19650, and CDE workflows.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordinate design meetings.
• Prepare BIM deliverables and model quality reports.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator (Architect) to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM processes across architectural and engineering disciplines, ensuring model quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. In addition to BIM coordination duties, the candidate will support and contribute to architectural design and documentation activities when project needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project BIM models in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
• Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650 principles, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings, ensuring timely resolution of design conflicts.
• Prepare and review BIM deliverables, model quality reports, and coordination documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage model federation, data exchange, and interoperability between different software platforms.
• Provide BIM guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Assist in the development and improvement of BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Support project visualization, design coordination, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural design, detailing, production of drawings, and technical documentation when required by project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and architectural project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and information management principles.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Ability to actively participate in international projects, technical coordination meetings, and client-facing discussions conducted in English.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, energy, or water projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM automation tools, and digital workflows.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, or related digital engineering platforms.
• Experience with 4D/5D BIM processes and digital project delivery.
