Foxelli Group is hiring a Marketing Manager for a 6-month maternity cover. This fully remote role bridges marketing, design and development to turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels and campaigns that convert.

You’ll shape strategy, grow campaigns, optimize pages, and collaborate with the design and engineering teams. We value hands-on experience with AI tools, data-driven decision making, and a passion for ecommerce growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in ecommerce.
• Hands-on with AI tools, coding workshops, and workflow automations.
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.
• Ability to craft clear, persuasive copy.
• Knowledge of CRO and website optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with curiosity for what sells.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with designers and developers; self-management for remote work.
• Customer-focused research and growth mindset.
• Interest in ecommerce growth and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run marketing strategies that support business goals.
• Ground campaigns in customer research and market trends.
• Analyze data and translate into actionable steps.
• Develop funnels and campaigns to scale growth.
• Manage marketing projects from idea to launch and improvement.
• Write compelling ad copy for ads and landing pages.
• Review designs to ensure on-brand and conversions.
• Guide creation and optimization of ad creatives with the design team.
• QA landing pages, check UX and functionality; run A/B tests.
• Bridge marketing, design, and development; clear briefs; track progress.
• Collect customer feedback and identify improvement points.
• Use AI tools to speed up tasks and test ideas.
