Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a remote Churn Specialist to help our craft subscription brands understand customer needs, reduce churn, and drive retention at scale. You will own the churn narrative, analyze patterns, and propose evidence-based interventions across onboarding, lifecycle, and win-back flows.

The role requires hands-on experience with cohort analysis, A/B testing, and automation, plus comfort working across multiple products.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct churn experience with physical products.
• Experience diagnosing churn to identify root causes, not just reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse churn patterns across Foxelli brands and identify at-risk segments.
• Audit full customer lifecycle to identify onboarding gaps and activation opportunities.
• Lead experiments: lifecycle communications, CRO tests, win-back campaigns, and activation flows.
• Build automations to support retention at scale and track impact.
