Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Churn Specialist to analyze churn across brands, identify drivers, and drive retention initiatives. You will map the customer journey, run onboarding optimisations, and design experiments using AI and automation to move faster.

This remote role requires strong data skills, experience turning messy data into a clear point of view, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing churn and identifying root causes.
• Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results.
• Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO.
• Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar.
• Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders.
• Has worked across multiple products or brands.
• Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Churn analysis across Foxelli brands and identify at-risk segments.
• Research competitors and benchmark retention approaches.
• Use AI tools to surface insights and patterns.
• Map customer journey and identify onboarding gaps preventing activation.
• Lead retention initiatives: lifecycle communications, CRO tests, win-back campaigns.
• Build automations for retention at scale and monitor impact.
