Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a remote Churn Specialist to join our portfolio of D2C brands. You’ll investigate customer lifecycles, understand drivers of churn, and translate data into initiatives that lift retention across multiple brands.

You’ll own the hypotheses and drive experiments, from onboarding tweaks to win‑back campaigns, with AI and automation at the core. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates in our EM time zones; you’ll work with a lean, fast‑moving team focused on

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing churn to root causes.
• Data fluency with cohort analysis and funnel metrics.
• Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping or CRO.
• Experience building automations: triggered flows or lifecycle sequences.
• Ability to turn messy data into a clear point of view for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse churn patterns across Foxelli brands and identify at-risk segments.
• Research competitors and benchmark retention practices.
• Use AI tools to surface insights and patterns.
• Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Identify drop-off moments and gaps, and own onboarding improvements.
• Design and run retention experiments across lifecycle communications and win‑back campaigns.
• Build automations to support retention at scale and track impact.
