THE/STUDIO is a fully remote company seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales journey and guide clients through product development and custom manufacturing.

You'll collaborate with clients, design teams, and factories to ensure smooth execution, address bottlenecks, and drive value through upselling and strategic guidance. Remote, independent contractor, working across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or client-facing operations.
• Strong empathy and ability to educate customers effectively.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.
• Proactive problem-solving to unblock delays and keep momentum.
• Ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities with clients.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRMs.
• Garment/product knowledge or strong interest in apparel production.
• Startup mindset with autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sales onboarding and customer journey.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, and factory/sourcing partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock production or approval delays.
• Provide guidance on garment construction, fabrics and specs when needed.
• Spot expansion opportunities and pitch relevant trends to clients.
• Maintain active portfolio with notes, milestones and production metrics.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve the platform.
