Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a systems-driven Creative Performance Design Lead to own and scale the team's delivery standard across motion and static ad creatives for our core D2C subscription product. You will be fully responsible for the quality, the production stack, and the pace at which strong creative moves from brief to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in design across motion and static formats.
• 2+ years leading a design or creative team, ideally at a fast‑growing startup or scale‑up where you built process as the team grew
• Experience training or leading others on AI-assisted creative workflows, not just using AI tools yourself
• Hands‑on daily fluency in motion and static design tools
• Track record in performance creative specifically, with a portfolio showing measurable results not brand or general marketing content

• Define and enforce quality standards for motion and static creative through review and coaching
• Own the team’s delivery speed — how fast strong creative moves from brief to launch
• Scale creative output without scaling headcount
