Join Ruby Labs as an Ad Creative Producer and drive high-quality ad production across Meta, Snapchat, and Google. You will play a pivotal role in producing creatives from briefs and your own ideas, while managing timelines and collaborating with various teams.

This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital ads, and you’ll work closely with User Acquisition Managers to analyze performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising policies.
• Ability to perform data analysis to draw actionable insights from campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality ad creatives end-to-end.
• Contribute your own ideas for new ad creatives.
• Oversee your production pipeline to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze the performance of ad creatives with User Acquisition Managers.
• Liaise between creative teams and User Acquisition Managers.
