You design the visual language of Growth OS — not for art, but for performance. Banners, video cuts, social assets, and landing page visuals. Every design is a hypothesis: it enters A/B testing, generates data, feeds the next one. A designer who produces at the speed of weekly creative cycles using Figma, After Effects, and AI tools, iterating based on data.

What you'll operate:

• Performance banner, social asset, and landing page visual design
• Creative variant production for A/B and multivariate testing
• Rapid iteration based on performance data and creative fatigue signals
• Cross-format adaptation across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, and CTV

What the system requires:

• 3+ years in digital design with a focus on performance creative
• Expert-level Figma and After Effects proficiency
