Job summary

Ruby Labs has built a category-defining document management platform and seeks a Senior CRO Manager to own end-to-end optimization across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll lead deep funnel analysis, generate hypotheses, and work with engineers to ship fast with high-fidelity wireframes and specs.

You’ll design experiments across the full user journey, partner with engineers, and use AI daily to accelerate research, ideation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven CRO results with growth in SaaS funnels.
• Think beyond landing pages across the full journey.
• AI-native workflow integrated into daily work.
• Strong UI/UX sense and ability to craft specs.
• Bias for shipping and fast iteration with rigor.
• Analytical depth using analytics tools and data.
• Ownership and proactive accountability.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization cycles from research to rollout.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up research and design.
• Conduct deep funnel and product analysis across journey.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs.
• Collaborate with engineers for rapid test deployment.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor and scale what works.
• Document learnings and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders for alignment.
