Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook as a core performance channel for our D2C subscription product. You will manage strategy, budget, campaign structure, and creative testing to drive high-ROI growth and subscriptions through web funnels.

The role demands hands-on experience at scale, data-driven decision making, and a proactive approach to testing new approaches.

Qualifikationen

• Facebook ownership with 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience as a primary channel.
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spend with ROI accountability.
• Experience driving subscriptions through web funnels (web-to-web) for D2C products.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple countries (multi-geo).
• Deep command of data and performance optimization down to bid level.
• Expert-level daily work with AI tools (Claude or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize the Facebook account end to end for subscriptions.
• Establish stable and efficient traffic delivery at scale.
• Continuously test structures, audiences, bidding, placements, and geos.
• Own creative ideas for the channel with the production team.
• Analyze performance down to bid level and report insights.
• Build market expertise and stay ahead of advertising tactics.
• Automate repeatable workflows with AI to reduce manual work.
