Assetara Limited seeks a remote Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our Adana, Turkey team. You will act as a key contact for clients, providing concierge-level account support within the Assetara workspace.

In this role, you will manage client communications, CRM notes, and escalation of issues while ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance standards. This position is remote and focused on client experience rather than advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strict adherence to operational, security, and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise client communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying personal data.
• Identify red flags or compliance issues and escalate according to company rules.
