Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Conduct concierge client calls and assist with platform navigation while respecting compliance limits.
• Manage unread client threads, SLA disciplines, and proactive outreach where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify red flags and escalate compliance or security issues according to rules.
