Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate updates exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, monitor SLA adherence, and perform authorized proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or issues outside authorized boundaries and elevate per company rules.
