Foxelli Group is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to lead AI-enhanced email campaigns across their DTC brands. The role emphasizes using Klaviyo for automation, segmentation, and personalization within a fully remote EU setup.

You will work with cutting-edge AI tools to improve efficiency and results, shaping high-performance ecommerce experiences. Ideal candidates bring hands-on Klaviyo experience, strong email marketing skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Mandatory experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building.
Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo for one or more brands.
Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with senior team to implement AI tools for copy, targeting, and performance optimization.
Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation for precise targeting and healthy list performance.
Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain the email marketing calendar to align with brand goals and promotions.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign output.
Design and build email templates and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
