Job summary

Innomotics in İzmit, Turkey is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts for motors and drives. The role focuses on building alliances with EPCs, OEMs, system integrators and end users, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver quotations and contracts.

You will travel regionally, analyze markets, promote product highlights, and work with marketing to expand the customer base while ensuring after-sales support and successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales & marketing.
• Experience in drive applications in relevant industries.
• Business fluent English.
• Willingness to travel intensively.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users.
• Manage and improve partners in the region.
• Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
• Follow orders from order to dispatch and ensure delivery and after-sales support.
• Conduct market analysis and feedback to product management.
• Promote product highlights and support marketing activities.
• Present portfolio at exhibitions and seminars to industry professionals.
• Travel within the region to develop customer base.
