Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs in Izmir seeks a Sales Engineer to develop and grow sales in the Aegean region. You will visit machinery manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers to identify opportunities and provide Pepperl Fuchs solutions.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to travel regularly within the region. English proficiency and a technical degree are required; 1+ year of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in sales.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Visit machinery customers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers to develop and follow up projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Understand customer applications and technical requirements and provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide preliminary technical support to customers.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements and share market intelligence.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region.

Identify new business opportunities, understand customer applications and technical requirements, and provide suitable Pepperl Fuchs Product Range solution.
