Job summary

Johnson Controls in Istanbul is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to ensure reliable IT systems across the Marmara region. You will provide on-site hardware and software support, assist end-users with incidents, and participate in system upgrades.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT operations, strong Windows Server and networking knowledge, and fluency in English. The role requires on-site work with occasional travel within the region and close cooperation with regional/global IT teams.

Qualifications

University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or technical support.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and support of IT systems across the region.
Provide on-site technical assistance including hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
Support end-users by addressing daily IT requests and incidents.
Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation for IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align with standards and security requirements.
