Job summary

Hepsiburada is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support regional operations in Gebze and the Anatolian side of Istanbul. You will analyze HR needs, lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in HR, with familiarity in logistics/retail environments, strong analytics, and excellent communication to partner with managers and field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, HRM, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in logistics, cargo, retail, operations, or high-volume field organizations preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, personnel affairs, and timekeeping.
Experience with blue- and white-collar employees and subcontractor/vendor management preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management; strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Based in or willing to be based on Anatolian side of Istanbul or Gebze area.

Responsibilities

Analyze HR needs of regional operations and support HR processes.
Identify regional recruitment needs and manage sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes per policies.
Plan orientation and onboarding for new employees.
Support performance management, talent management, career development, and engagement.
Identify training needs and contribute to development initiatives.
Provide HR guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
Monitor employee records, leave, attendance, timesheets, and overtime with relevant teams.
Prepare HR reports and identify improvement areas.
Coordinate HR processes for subcontracted employees with stakeholders.
Support employee experience and communication across the field.
Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across regional operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Perform HR system transactions and maintain HR data integrity.
