Job summary

Rotarex Firetec is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Turkey and Central Asia. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building a strong regional sales network, and expanding distributor and partner relationships.

You will translate customer needs into effective commercial and technical solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or sales within fire protection, with excellent English and regional language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial, sales or business development, preferably in fire protection.
• Proven track record in business development and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Turkey and Central Asian markets.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Identify customers, projects, partners and distribution opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Convert opportunities into concrete business and sales growth.
• Support new applications and market segments for Rotarex Firetec solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
