Lead, inspire, and develop our sales performance in Turkey, driving revenue, margin, and market share targets.
Cultivate and strengthen executive-level partnerships with key retailers and eco-partners to enable long-term growth.
Guide creation of market-specific campaigns with Marketing and Product to align with global and regional objectives.
Lead, manage, and develop the regional sales team, coaching performance and growth.
Design and implement strategies for product launches, up-sell and co-sell opportunities aligned with company goals.
Develop actionable market intelligence on pricing, competition, and channel margins to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations) to optimize product availability and logistics.
