Job summary

Seco Tools Türkiye seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to join our field-based sales team covering Istanbul Anatolian Side, Kocaeli, Sakarya and the Northern Black Sea region. You will act as the technical and commercial bridge between customers and the company.

You will deliver value through consultative selling, manage accounts, and collaborate with engineering and application teams to translate needs into solutions, while traveling regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B industrial or technical sales.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical sales and consultancy support to customers and distributors within the assigned region.
• Managing, developing, and strengthening customer and distributor accounts.
• Analyzing customer needs and translating them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Identifying and closing new business opportunities in both existing and new accounts.
• Working in close coordination with sales, technical sales, and application engineering teams.
• Using CRM systems effectively to manage opportunities, customer visits, and sales activities.
• Planning and prioritizing activities to achieve regional sales targets.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry developments and sharing insights internally.
• Contributing to a consistent and high-level customer experience across the region.
