Job summary

Workforce İnsan Kaynakları is seeking a Sales Engineer for Istanbul's European Side to drive regional sales and engage customers with tailored technical solutions.

You will present products, prepare quotations, coordinate with after-sales teams, and travel domestically and internationally as required. Fluency in English and a bachelor’s in electrical/electronics engineering are required, with 3–5 years in technical sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial products / automation / process measurement.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to conduct customer presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned region/market segment.
• Identify potential customers, conduct field visits, and analyze requirements.
• Prepare tailored technical solutions and quotations.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Manage quotation, pricing, and negotiation processes.
• Track project sales cycles from opportunity to delivery.
• Record all activities, quotations, and feedback in CRM tools, and generate reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments, and provide insights.
• Coordinate with after-sales service, training, and technical support teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
