Responsibilities

• Advising sellers on property value and suitability.
• Advising offers and campaigns to buyers, ensuring portfolio diversity.
• Arranging viewing tours for local and international buyers.
• Providing market condition, negotiation guidance, and related advice.
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.).
• Maintaining knowledge of the real estate market.
• Facilitating fair agreements and best-price guarantees.

Job Description

The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor must find the best properties in the best location at the best price, make the best deal with the seller according to company procedures and market conditions, and make the relevant portfolio for sale within the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advising sellers on the suitability and value of the property they visit,
• Advising offers and campaigns to potential buyers and ensuring diversity in the portfolio
• Arranging viewing tours to potential local and international buyers and being active in the purchase process
• Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc),
• Having information about the real estate market,
• To provide a fair and honest agreement between the buyer and the seller, to bring the real estate to be sold to our company within the framework of our best price guarantee principle.

Required Background:

• Experienced in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in English

• Goal-orientated, ambitious, and has professional perfective

• Basic knowledge of using the Internet, Windows, and MS Office, and familiarity with CRM programs

• Class B driving license required, with active car driving experience

TEKCE Academy provides a comprehensive training and support program for new employees to help them quickly adapt to our company and the real estate industry. This two-week program is held at our Istanbul Cevizlibağ office.
