Job summary

Antalya Homes is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor to identify high-potential properties, negotiate terms with sellers, and prepare portfolios for sale across our Turkey operations. You will lead property viewings, present offers, and coordinate marketing efforts within the TEKCE group.

Applicants should have sales/marketing background, fluent English, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential properties in prime spots and negotiate terms with sellers.
• Prepare relevant portfolio for sale and present offers to clients.
• Organize property viewing tours for buyers and coordinate the purchase process.
• Provide guidance on pricing, negotiation strategies, market conditions, mortgages and related matters.
• Prepare necessary documents, including sales contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends.
• Ensure fair and transparent agreements between buyers and sellers and add properties to portfolio under best price guarantee.

Role Overview – Portfolio Supervisor

As a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor, you will play a central part in identifying high-potential properties in prime spots, optimum terms with sellers according to market conditions and company standards, and preparing the relevant portfolio for sale.

• Share insights with the sellers on the suitability and value of their properties
• Present offers and promotional campaigns to clients across the company portfolio
• Organize property viewing tours for buyers and manage the purchase process actively
• Provide guidance on pricing, negotiation strategies, market conditions, legal requirements, mortgages, and related matters
• Prepare necessary documents, including the sales contracts
• Maintain up-to-date and practical knowledge of the real estate market trends
