Job summary

TEKCE Real Estate seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor to source properties in prime locations, negotiate optimal deals, and prepare portfolios for sale under company procedures and market conditions. You will advise buyers and sellers, arrange tours, and help manage the portfolio for ongoing listings.

You will provide market guidance, manage paperwork, and support training through TEKCE Academy's two-week online program.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of results.
Proficient in English and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
Familiar with CRM programs and MS Office; internet skills.

Responsibilities

Advising sellers on property suitability, value, and deals.
Advising offers and campaigns to buyers; diversify portfolio.
Arrange viewing tours for local and international buyers; participate in purchases.
Provide market condition guidance, negotiation, pricing, and legal basics.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.); maintain market knowledge.
Ensure fair and transparent agreements to bring properties to the company at best price.

Job Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor, you will have critical responsibilities such as finding properties in the best location at the right price, making the best deal with the seller according to the company procedures and market conditions, and making the relevant portfolio ready for sale.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Advising sellers on the suitability and value of the property they visit,
Advising offers and campaigns to potential buyers and ensuring diversity in the portfolio
Arranging viewing tours to potential local and international buyers and being active in the purchase process
Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc),
Having information about the real estate market,
To provide a fair and honest agreement between the buyer and the seller, to bring the real estate to be sold to our company within the framework of our best price guarantee principle.
